On-Site Service
Onsite service shouldn't be left to inexperienced technicians and small shops. Laptop & Computer Repair, Inc. has been performing quality on-site service for the past six years and will continue the same level of service no matter the economy.
In an effort to continue growth, we have modified our pricing structure to reduce confusion. We guarantee our onsite service prices to be the lowest in the area based on advertised rates of our brick and mortar competition. Most service will be performed by Jeromy Patriquin, the president of Laptop & Computer Repair, Inc. at a convenient time to you.

This is certainly not a new program for Laptop & Computer Repair, Inc. Over the years we've been in business the company has always pushed to service local business clients. The new plan only formalizes what we have been doing. Our preference is small office, home office (SOHO) environments but we're not limited to that. We've serviced homes with one computer and offices with hundreds of workstations.
A word on service plans: Service plans offered by on-site suppliers are money making schemes and should be looked at carefully. If you don't need it don't buy it. Generally, these service plans are setup so you will be charged whether you need the service or not. Just read the contract and listen to the sales pitch.
